Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
